I’ve found one of the best ways to make use of book signing time is to milk social media:
- tweet from the location
- post FourSquare updates
- post pictures to Flickr, Facebook, and Google+
- update your LinkedIn status.

That way ALL of your base sees that you’re out there. Even if no one shows up at the physical location.
